TriggerPoint Yoga
I can only teach what I practice and what works for me. I'm very passionate about what I do and have a very positive and motivating drive in making not only me, but others around me, the healthiest they can be.

Last year, for several months, I was to the point of despair from an injury. As fate would have it I found Julie Donnelly with Julstro Muscular Therapy online and began to use her protocol of “Self Applied Trigger Point Therapy”. Within a couple days the injury began to resolve. Yet my personal inspiration began from the first time I adapted Julie’s “Protocol” prior to my yoga practice. A great sense of ease was realized from the first forward bend. The merging of “Self Applied Trigger Point Therapy” and Yoga…….TriggerPoint Yoga was created and developed. I am so grateful for this opportunity to help you understand and experience that you do not have to rely on others to "fix" you!!!!
*You can expect to release chronic muscular tension with the use of simple props. During class we spend approximately 20:00 treating the"knots" with "Self Applied Trigger Point Therapy". Each week we give attention to a different area of the the body whether it is your hamstrings, lower back, hips, upper back..... followed by a 45:00 yoga practice to compliment the area of release. Your body is talking everyday! Now you will have knowledge and treatments to respond!!!!!!!!!
We all have a unique personal story and our tension is unique as well.
Stretching can be painful.....Dissolving tension prior to yoga allows the muscles to release and lengthen, restoring mobility, allowing you to safely and effectively practice yoga.

I encourage you to use both TriggerPoint Yoga in combination with Jason's classes. Jason is so dedicated as a person and a teacher....he inspires me deeply. You will stay motivated to keep moving!!!!!!
